Job Description:-
1. Monitoring and control of specific production operations.
2. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, Equipment operating procedures, Standard cleaning procedure, Equipment Cleaning Checklist, Annexure and safety and Environmental requirements.
3. Product handling and packaging as per the process orders.
4. Adherence to Good manufacturing practices, Zeal, and other safety requirements.
5. Reporting of non-conformities and implementation of corrective/preventive actions in specific areas of operation.
6. Communication with cross-functional department
7. Adherence to the sampling procedure
8. Understand Site goals with respect to Safety | Quality | Delivery and how they are applied to the process area.
9. Participate in LEAN board
10. Complete assigned task (from the Problem log if any) as per the timeline and provide feedback during the meeting.
11. Follow Escalation procedure as part of Standard response to abnormality
12. Ensure to follow 6S and Standard Work in the area and par-ticipate in problem solving tools.
Eligibility:-
1. Work experience in Food/Chemical industries (>1 Year/ Fresher).
2. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Power point).
3. Good written and verbal English speaking and presentation skills.
4. Willing to work in shifts.
