Job Descriptions :-
- Preparation Media for Water analysis, Microbial limit test , Preservative efficacy test, Antibiotic Assay etc.
- Microbial Limit Test for Ayurvedic Raw materials, In-process sample and for Finished Products.
- Knowledge of handling and calibration of Instruments like Autoclave , Laminar Air Flow, Incubators, Microscope, Weighing Balance, pH meter, Colony Counter and Fogger machine etc.,
- Culture and Staining techniques of Microbes. Identification of specified pathogens.
- Investigation out of specifications, deviations and contamination events.
- GLP and documentation, laboratory facility maintenance.

Job Descriptions :-
- Testing of all Ayurvedic Raw Materials, Packing Materials, In-process and Finished products accordance with the product protocols/specifications.
- Responsible for generating Test Data Sheet, Test Certificates of all Raw materials, Finished products and Packing Materials.
- Should have Experience on Laboratory Instruments like UV Vis – Spectrophotometer, Flame Photometer, Disintegration Tester, Refractometer, Polarimeter along with Calibration Procedure.
- Should have Experience in Herbal Extraction Methods, Phytochemical Screening, Good Chromatographic Techniques, Physiochemical Analysis, Wet Chemical Analysis and Raw Material sampling.
- Should have experience in Developing a new Analytical Methods for Ayurvedic Raw Materials and Finished products.
- Audit Preparation and ensure the Audit readiness for regulatory as well as customer audits
