To secure an internship with FSSAI in 2025, candidates must complete an online application on the FSSAI portal and are eligible to receive a stipend of ₹10,000. Applicants must either log in or create an account, select “Internship”, and choose their location and department relevant to their academic discipline. They must also provide personal, academic, and contact details alongside a recent photograph, resume/CV, and a presentation or write-up detailing their interest which is optional. Post application, the candidate will receive an SMS with an ID. Undergraduates and postgraduates pursuing full-time studies in food technology, law, public health, journalism, IT, and management are eligible to apply.
