Program Overview:
This internship is designed to give fresh graduates practical, hands-on exposure in the
pharmaceutical industry across R&D, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control
departments. After successful completion of one year, interns will be absorbed into fulltime roles based on performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in basic lab work, documentation, sample preparation, and data recording
- Observe and participate in product testing, formulation processes, and quality control
checks - Gain familiarity with regulatory frameworks and GMP environments
- Attend training sessions and team reviews for professional development
- Work under the guidance of senior scientists and department leads
