SIX WEEKS SUMMER INTERNSHIP-2025 on Instrumentation & Techniques in Biotechnology M/S BI-AI Services LLP JOINTLY WITH Trident School of Biotech Sciences (TSBS), Bhubaneswar
This internship programme aims to enhance hands on lab skills on different tools & techniques of Biotechnology.The program is mainly intended to give students a real-time exposure/hands-on experience to inculcate zeal for research.
Instrumentation & Techniques:
· Isolation of DNA& Agarose gel electrophoresis
· Basic Laboratory Techniques in Microbiology
· Quantification of Bacterial cells.
· Bacterial staining.
· Antibiotic sensitivity test
· Bacteriological Examination of Water
· SDS-PAGE of Protein
· Amplification of DNA using PCR
· Restriction digestion of DNA
· DNA fingerprinting by RFLP
· Basic Bioinformatics
Who can Attend:
Students passed/appeared +2 Science with Biology as a paper or continuing Graduate programme in any branch of life science (Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Microbiology etc).
Students who have appeared/ passed BSc (Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Microbiology etc) and continuing M.Sc. in any branch of life science are eligible. M.Sc pass out students are not eligible.
Duration: 6 weeks
Registration Fee: Rs 5000/-
For outside students, free shared accommodation will be provided in Trident Campus Boys/Girls Hostels, only fooding expense will be charged on actual.
Last date of submission of Google form: 10th June 2025.
Commencement of the Internship programme: June 17th 2025.
