Bose Institute offers an annual short-term training for a total duration of 6-12 weeks to outstanding students in Physical, Chemical and Biological Sciences, from different universities/institutes as per the details below.

Bose Institute is going to conduct a summer internship program to offer short term training to the outstanding students in Physical, Chemical and Biological Sciences from various Institutes/Universities from April to August 2025 for a period of 6-12 weeks. The training would be conducted by faculty members, selecting students based on their academic interests and merit. Tentatively, 40 students will be selected for the internship program.
Eligibility:
Students who are pursuing Master’s degrees (MSc, MTech, Integrated Masters etc.) may apply. Exceptional students who have INSPIRE, JBNSTS, KVPY, NTSE, etc. awards and are at the Bachelor’s degree level in their final year of the degree program may also apply. Minimum eligibility criteria for consideration of the requests are at least 75% scores (or an equivalent grade) in all major school level examinations [Secondary school examination (10+) and higher secondary examination (10 +2)] and first division marks (60% in aggregate or equivalent grade) in Bachelors program. Students who have completed their Master degree, and/or not enrolled to any such degree program are not eligible for this training.
Applications must attach a recommendation/forwarding letter from the Head of the Department/Institution or Registrar/Dean of the University/Institute/College of the candidate in the prescribed format attached. Candidates should apply online only (click here to apply) and attach a scanned copy of the recommendation/forwarding letter. Original certificates, mark sheets, recommendation letter and identity proof should be presented at the time of joining the training program. Bose Institute will not offer any fellowship, nor any accommodation for the program. Communications regarding any such fellowships/accommodation will not be entertained by Bose Institute. Entry of misleading data in the application form will lead to the rejection of the application
